Ysabel Ortega impresses netizens with powerful vocals in cover of 'I Need You' by LeAnn Rimes

In case you didn't know, Ysabel Ortega is not just an actress, but also a talented singer.

On Instagram, the "Voltes V: Legacy" actress shared her TikTok cover of LeAnn Rimes's "I Need You," showcasing her vocal prowess in hitting high notes and strain-free singing.

"I always love when timeless songs go viral on TikTok," Ysabel said in the caption.

This isn't the first time the Kapuso actress wowed netizens with her singing. Previously, Ysabel also did covers of the songs "California King Bed" by Rihanna and "Part of Your World" from the Disney film "The Little Mermaid."

Ysabel recently starred in "Firefly," a coming-of-age road trip drama film about a young boy who searches for the mythical island described in his mother's bedtime stories.

Directed by Zig Dulay, it was hailed as the Best Picture at the Metro Manila Film Festival 2023 and the Manila International Film Festival 2024. The film is currently streaming on Prime Video.

Ysabel also starred as Jamie Robinson in "Voltes V: Legacy," which returned on air on GMA Afternoon Prime weekdays at 4:05 p.m. after "Lilet Matias: Attorney-at-Law."
