Philippine premiere of 'Haikyuu!! The Dumpster Battle' officially teased
Looks like "Haikyuu!! The Dumpster Battle" is arriving in the Philippines real soon!
SM Cinema on Friday shared an orange poster featuring a crow, a cat, and a trash can.
In the caption, they wrote, "The game will start soon. Are you ready?" along with the date April 24.
All signs point to "Haikyuu!! The Dumpster Battle," which will cover the Battle of the Garbage Dump arc of the anime "Haikyuu" — that is, the long-awaited match between Karasuno and Nekoma.
The Karasuno High volleyball team's mascot is the crow, while the Nekoma High volleyball team's mascot is the cat.
Medialink earlier said it is bringing the much awaited film to Southeast Asia, including the Philippines, starting this April.
The film premiered in Japan on February 16.
"Haikyuu" is based on the manga by Haruichi Furudate that ended in July 2020. The anime adaptation began airing in 2014.
