If you want to transform into a mermaid for a weekend, you don't have to look further than Quezon City.

In Novaliches, there's a resort called Villa Prescilla that offers mermaid swimming activities.

In Friday's episode of "Unang Hirit," an instructor demonstrates how to mermaid swim.

"First, we have to core movement, which is the mermaid body wave. Dapat i-mo-move ang head, shoulders, mag-create tayong waves. 'Yan ang gagamitin natin mag-move forward."

Guests are equipped swimming kickboards and pretty mermaid tails.
