Gwendolyne Fourniol says she's 'still moving on' following Miss World stint

A few days after representing the Philippines on the Miss World stage, Gwendolyne Fourniol said that she’s still moving on after failing to clinch the crown.

In a Facebook group, Gwendolyne was mentioned by a user, asking her to give pageantry another shot.

“Sali ka na lang ulit mas bagay ka sa Miss International,” the user wrote in all caps.

“I’m still moving on,” Gwendolyne replied with a broken heart emoji. “But I love you so much.”

Gwendolyne made an early exit in the pageant after failing to secure a spot in the Top 40 during the coronation night held in India on Saturday.

Prior to the coronation night, Gwendolyne showed an impressive performance in the pre-pageant activities, making it to the top 23 of the Talent Competition, the top 25 of the Head to Head Challenge, and also qualifying for the Sports Challenge Final.

During the opening ceremony, Gwendolyne proudly showcased Ilonggo textiles through her national costume.
