Megan Young to co-host Miss World 2024 in India

Megan Young is headed back to the Miss World stage!

The Philippines’ first Miss World winner will serve as a co-host for the coronation night happening on March 9 at the Jio World Convention Centre in India. Megan’s co-presenter is Indian TV personality Karan Johar.

Megan was named Miss World in 2013. The Kapuso actress most recently appeared in GMA Network’s crime drama series, “Royal Blood.”

The Miss World competition started on February 18.

The Philippines’ bet for Miss World 2023 is Gwendolyne Fourniol. She recently made it to the Top 23 of the Miss World Talent Competition. She also made it to the Top 25 of the Head to Head Challenge and qualified for the Sports Challenge Final.

During the opening ceremony, Gwendolyne proudly showcased Ilonggo textiles through her national costume.

The Negros Occidental beauty took home the Miss World Philippines crown in 2022.
