Ely Buendia, Raimund Marasigan reunite in gig
Former Eraserheads frontman Ely Buendia and drummer Raimund Marasigan shared the stage once again to perform for a gig!
On Instagram, Raimund shared a photo of him and Ely jamming together just like the old days.
"Come and take a sip," Raimund wrote in the caption.
In a separate Instagram post, concert photographer Myktography shared a video of Ely and Raimund singing a hip-hop song together.
"Ultra Electromagnetic Hiphop," he captioned, a reference to Eraserheads' debut album "Ultraelectromagneticpop!" released in 1993.
In the comment section, fans and fellow OPM artist Parokya ni Edgar frontman Chito Miranda can't help but applaud their solid performance.
"Saya neto," he wrote accompanied by a rockstar emoji.
"Grabe! Angas!!" one user wrote.
Ely and Raimund, together with former Eraserheads bandmates Marcus Adoro and Buddy Zabala, performed together on stage once again for their "Ang Huling El Bimbo" reunion concert in December 2022.
Last year, Ely revealed in a magazine feature that an Eraserheads documentary is in the works.
Eraserheads was formed in the late '80s at the University of the Philippines Diliman. They would end up debuting with a smash hit album called "Ultraelectromagneticpop!" followed by bigger releases in "Circus" and "Cutterpillow."
