'One Piece' star Iñaki Godoy 'so excited' to get started on live-action Season 2
If you're excited for "One Piece" Season 2, Iñaki Godoy is even more so.
In an interview with Deadline, the Mexican actor was asked about the upcoming second season, but he said that "it's all a secret and we cannot say anything."
He did, however, say that he is "so excited to get back to production."
"If you've seen the anime, you kinda probably know what's next," he said. "And I'm just so excited, it's just going to be so much fun."
Netflix's "One Piece" is based on the manga by Eiichiro Oda, which has been running since 1997.
The story follows Monkey D. Luffy (Iñaki Gody) as he goes on a journey to find the treasure called the One Piece and become King of the Pirates.
Netflix released its live-action adaptation in August last year, and it became a huge global hit.
It is expected that the upcoming season will introduce at least one more crew member — Chopper, everyone's favorite doctor.
Fans are hoping that the Alabasta arc will be covered in Season 2, but it looks like we've got to wait for more details!
