Christi McGarry appointed as Taguig rep for Miss Universe Philippines 2024

Christi McGarry has been appointed as Taguig’s representative for this year’s Miss Universe Philippines pageant!

The Miss Intercontinental 2015 1st runner-up revealed the exciting news on Tuesday, sharing photos of herself wearing the city’s sash.

“Firm believer of everything in its right time and place,” she wrote in the caption.

“Christi Lynn Landrito McGarry, proudly representing the city of Taguig,” she added, along with the hashtags #CrowningChristi and #ChristiForTheCrown.

Christi has represented the Philippines in Miss Intercontinental in 2015 and was named first runner-up.

Aside from Christi, Miss International Philippines 2018 Ahtisa Manalo also previously announced her return to pageantry.

The reigning Miss Universe Philippines is Sparkle star Michelle Dee , who finished in the top 10 of the international pageant last year.
