Laufey adds second show for 'A Night at the Symphony' in Manila
Attention Filo Lauvers!
Laufey has added a second day to her “A Night at the Symphony” concert with the Philharmonic Orchestra in Manila on May 28.
On social media, the Icelandic-Chinese singer-songwriter announced that day two of her much-awaited concert will happen on May 29, at 8 p.m. at the PICC Plenary Hall.
“Manila, I'm blown away by the response so far! I'm so excited to share that I'm adding a second night of A Night at the Symphony on May 29th,” Laufey said.
The pre-sale started on January 10 and will end on January 11, or until there are tickets left. According to concert organizer Karpos, the pre-sale tickets for both days are now sold out.
However, fans can still get tickets during the general sale on January 12 at 10 a.m.
Guests are highly encouraged to dress in semi-formal or formal attire for the shows.
Laufey was previously in Manila in 2023 for a concert at the Filinvest Tent in Muntinlupa City.
The 24-year-old jazz-pop singer is best known for the songs “From the Start,” “Let You Break My Heart Again,” and “Valentine.”
Meanwhile, the Manila Philharmonic Orchestra is among the most renowned musical groups in the Philippines. In 2023, they memorably performed for the concert, “Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets."
