'Demon Slayer' teases key visual for new movie set to hit cinemas in 2024


Attention Demon Slayer fans!

“Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba” just teased a key new visual for its fourth installment that will hit cinemas in 2024. 

According to the Facebook page of the hit anime, "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba -To the Hashira Training" will run in cinemas from February 23, 2024, kicking off with a special one-hour-long episode that promises to captivate fans with its compelling narrative and stunning animation.

Further details, including the Philippine run, was not made immediately clear.

The film will feature Episode 11 of the Swordsmith Village Arc and Episode 1 of the upcoming Hashira Training Arc, which focuses on Tanjiro Kamado's encounters with Himejima. As Tanjiro goes through tough training, fans may expect character development and preparedness for the next conflicts.

AniPlex USA released a Promotional Reel 2024 on Sunday, welcoming fans with magnificent action sequences featuring familiar characters like Tanjiro, Inosuke, Zenitsu, and Nezuko.

Based on the manga by Koyoharu Gotoge, "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba" follows the story of Tanjiro Kamado, a young boy who makes the journey of becoming a demon slayer after his family is slaughtered and his younger sister Nezuko is turned into a demon.

Its first season Sibling Bond, aired in March 2019, while the second Mugen Train premiered in October 2020. 

The third season of the film, “ To The Swordsmith Village” aired in February this year.
