‘Drag Den Philippines’ S2 reveals cast, announces release date
“Drag Den Philippines” Season 2 is almost here, and it’s time to meet the 10 queens competing for the Drag Supreme crown beginning next year.
On Instagram Thursday, Prime Video Philippines released a second teaser introducing its cast, with Manila Luzon saying in the video, “Queens, this is your Drag Lord speaking, welcome to ‘Drag Den Philippines’ Season 2, welcome to the future.”
“Dragdagulan na!” She continued with the iconic line.
The 10 competing queens are Deja, Elvira, Feyvah Fatale, Jean Vilogue, Margaux, Maria Lava, Marlyn, Moi, Mrs Tan, and Russia Fox.
The teaser also reintroduced Sassa Gurl as the Drag Runner, Nicole Cordoves as the Drag Dealer, and Manila Luzon as the Drag Lord.
News of a 2nd season dropped in April, when "Drag Den Philippines" announced its auditions. By December, it released a teaser for the upcoming season.
Directed by Rod Singh, “Drag Den Philippines” S2 is set to stream exclusively on Prime Video Philippines beginning January 18.
It will featured a new den, a new set of rules, and will also stream in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide.
Drag queen Naia was named the ultimate Drag Supreme of Season 1 after she won against Maria Cristina and Shewarma.
