Julie Anne San Jose, Queendom divas serve vocal masterclass in 'Queendom: Live'

Queendom divas Rita Daniela, Jessica Villarubin, Thea Astley, Mariane Osabel, Hannah Precillas, and Julie Anne San Jose took over Newport Performing Arts Theater on Saturday evening with their first-ever concert together, dubbed "Queendom: Live!"

The Kapuso stars filled the night with outstanding sing and dance presentations, which kicked off with their take on Jessie J's "Burnin Up" for their introduction performance.

The girls also delighted their guests with back-to-back heartfelt renditions of Adele songs including "Hello," "Chasing Pavements," and "All I Ask."

Queendom fans, Queenies, filled the theater with their glowing light sticks as the girls took on their solo performances while looking back at the beginning of their careers as contestants of "Popstar Kids," "The Clash," and "Bet ng Bayan."

They also shared the stage with special guests, namely Jeremiah Tiangco, John Rex, Garrett Bolden, Anthony Rosaldo, and Rayver Cruz.

The divas also wowed the crowd with their rapping skills with some of Gloc 9's songs, including "Sirena," "Magdalena," and "Hari ng Tondo."

Before wrapping the show with some songs from "The Greatest Showman," the girls showcased their exemplary vocal prowess with an acapella performance, which Julie Anne said was their first time doing it together.

Some of their fellow Kapuso stars present in the event were Ken Chan, Zephanie, Kyline Alcantara, Kris Bernal, Miguel Tanfelix, and Ysabel Ortega.
