SB19 postpones Japan concert, says they 'look forward to celebrating with you again soon'
SB19 has postponed their upcoming Japan concert.
The group’s agency 1Z Entertainment announced the news on Instagram, apologizing for the inconvenience the rescheduling may have caused.
“We continuously exhaust all efforts to push through with the show,” they said.
SB19 also told their fans, “You bring out the best in all of us. Pablo, Josh, Stell, Ken, and Justin are very hopeful and we all look forward to celebrating with you again soon.”The PAGTATAG! World Tour: Japan concert was originally scheduled for December 9 at the Japan Pavilion, Tokorozawa Sakura Town in Saitama, Japan.
A new date is being set up for the first quarter of 2024. More updates will be announced.
Purchased tickets will still be valid on the rescheduled date.
Prior to this, SB19 canceled their concerts in Singapore, Bangkok, and Dubai.
The concert cancellations and postponement happened following SB19’s departure from their agency, ShowBT Entertainment. They launched their own company 1Z Entertainment in October, with the band’s leader Pablo as the CEO.
Pablo, Josh, Stell, Ken, and Justin have recently removed "SB19" from their Instagram handles and bios. A’TIN now refer to the group as MAHALIMA.
SB19 debuted in 2018. In their five years as a group, they released top hits like “GENTO,” went on world tours, appeared on US morning shows, and made history as the first Filipino act to be nominated for a Billboard Music Award, among many other achievements.
