Lola Amour covers Kitchie Nadal's 'Huwag na Huwag Mong Sasabihin'

Lola Amour brought their signature sound to the classic OPM hit "Huwag na Huwag Mong Sasabihin" by Kitchie Nadal.

The band covered the song for Warner Music’s 30th anniversary.

Lola Amour put their own twist to the rock song, adding the trumpet and saxophone, giving the song a livelier feel.

The band is fresh from their successful “Raining in Manila” tour, named after their mega-hit. The song was spoofed by Michael V., titled “Waiting Here sa Pila.”

Meanwhile, Kitchie is currently touring the US and lives in Spain with her husband Carlos Lopez and son Keon. The couple are expecting their second child.

Kitchie was in the Philippines in 2022 for a concert titled Tanaw with her fellow women rockstars. Following its success, they had a second show titled Tanawin that same year. —Nika Roque/JCB, GMA Integrated News
