Rico Blanco bids farewell to Rakrakan Festival

Rico Blanco enjoyed the Rakrakan Festival's historic grand finale.

On Instagram, the OPM icon shared a photo of him on the stage with the jampacked crowd of the SMDC Festival Grounds in Parañaque City behind him.

"Grabe ang saya natin kagabi. Salamat," Rico wrote.

Rico headlined the first day of the Last Rakrakan Festival on Saturday.

Fellow OPM icon and Eraserheads frontman Ely Buendia is set to perform on the last day of the music festival on Sunday, November 26.

Included in the long list of artist lineup are OPM bands such as December Avenue , Munimuni , and 6cyclemind , among others.

OPM artists Juan Karlos , Kean Cipriano , and Barbie Almalbis were also present at the said event.

This farewell music festival marks the end of an era of the Rakrakan Festival that started in 2013.
