Philippines' Yllana Marie Aduana arrives in Vietnam for Miss Earth pageant
Miss Earth Philippines 2023 Yllana Marie Aduana has arrived in Vietnam for her upcoming international pageant.
On Instagram, Miss Philippines Earth posted photos of the beauty queen upon her arrival in the country.
“Our Filipina Earth Queen, @yanaaduana, is now in Ho Chi Minh City for the 23rd Miss Earth competition!”
For her arrival look, Yllana looked dazzling in her gold gown paired with a salakot hat.
Earlier this week, the candidate vowed that she would do her best to bring the Miss Earth crown back to the country.
“Ibabawi ko ang Pinas, ilalaban natin 'to,” she said.
Yllana was named Miss Earth Philippines 2023 in April. She was crowned by her predecessor, Jenny Ramp.
She will represent the Philippines in Miss Earth's pre-pageant events as well as in the coronation night on December 22 at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center.
In her introduction video, Yllana told the story of a "small town dreamer" who grew up in an environment with breathtaking scenery.
