Rico Blanco, Ely Buendia to headline 'Last Rakrakan Festival'

OPM icons Rico Blanco and Ely Buendia are set to perform in the “historic grand finale” of the Last Rakrakan Music Festival on November 25 and 26.

In a Facebook post, Rakrakan Festival announced the lineup of artists set to perform during their annual two-day music festival.

According to the post, Rico will take the stage on the first day, November 25, while Ely is scheduled to perform on the second day of the festival, taking place on November 26 at the SMDC Festival Grounds in Paranaque City.

Included in the long list of artist lineup are OPM bands such as December Avenue, Munimuni, and 6CycleMind, among others.

OPM artists Juan Karlos, Kean Cipriano, and Barbie Almalbis will also perform at the said event.

This farewell music festival marks the end of an era of the Rakrakan Festival that started in 2013. 

In a press statement, organizers promised “a historic grand finale” as an "epic farewell."

“This is your last chance to be part of The Last Rakrakan legacy, to witness the culmination of an era that has united music lovers, transcended boundaries, and celebrated diversity,” they said.

Two-day tickets are available at P1,199 for General Admission, P1,999 for VIP, and P2,999 for SVIP, which includes an official event shirt.

For those attending just one day, passes are priced at P799 for General Admission and P1,199 for VIP.
