'The Garfield Movie' trailer, starring Chris Pratt, teases wild adventure for everyone's favorite tabby

"The Garfield Movie" has released its first trailer, giving a glimpse of everyone's favorite lazy tabby, voiced by Chris Pratt.

The two-minute trailer shows how a baby Garfield first meets his human, Jon Arbuckle. It jumps to show an older Garfield, sitting with Odie the dog.

Garfield is his lasagna-loving and Monday-hating self as always, but this time, the indoor cat is going to be forced outdoors, after an unexpected reunion with his long-lost father, scruffy street cat Vic (Samuel L. Jackson).

Garfield and Odie are then forced from their perfectly pampered life into joining Vic in a high-stakes heist.
