'King the Land' star Lee Junho reveals role he wants to play next
Following the success of his series “King the Land,” Lee Junho visited the Philippines to meet his Filipino fans.
In a media conference on Friday, the South Korean singer and actor shared that for his next project, he wants to play a role he hasn’t done yet.
“It’s something that I haven’t achieved yet but I would like to try more of action and wild type of character like a genre of noir,” he said in Korean.
“So, if ever that I will be able to take that kind of project, I’ll be coming back to the Philippines to greet you guys once again,” he added.
In the same conference, Lee Junho was asked what his reaction was whenever he was called sexy by his fans.
“Actually, I love listening to those,” he quipped.
Aside from the Manila leg, his "Junho The Moment” fan meeting also includes stops in Taipei, Macau, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Bangkok.
Junho starred in "King the Land" opposite Yoona of Girls' Generation. He also played main roles in "The Red Sleeve," "Confession," and "Wok of Love," among others.
In 2008, he debuted as the lead vocalist of the South Korean boy group 2PM.
