Juan Karlos releases first Christmas song 'Maligayang Pasko'

Juan Karlos released his first ever Christmas song, and it’s rockin’.

Titled “Maligayang Pasko,” the singer sang about the loving energy that comes with the holiday season. Juan Karlos wrote lyrics about spending meaningful time with family—pets included—and the excitement about opening gifts.

Of course, he also put his own twist on it with his rockstar vocals and beats with a band.

“This is my first christmas song that I made and i’m so proud of this," he said on Instagram. "I hope u like it luv u all merry christmas!”

Juan Karlos’ recent hit “ERE” ranked no. 2 on Spotify's Global Viral Songs, and is the first Filipino to debut on the charts.

He performed the song with Lukas Graham, after the Danish pop band invited him.

Juan Karlos is one of the performers at the final Rakrakan Festival.
