'Liwanag House,' a hang out spot for Ben&Ben and their fans is in the works

It’s no secret that OPM band Ben&Ben has a dedicated fanbase. Collectively known as "Liwanag," you can always count on them to be present at shows and even actively interacting with the band on social media.

Now, guess what, Liwanang? You'll soon have a special tambayan where you can gather and spend time together!

In a recent social media post, Ben&Ben revealed that "Liwanag House" is officially under construction, exciting fans with a post saying, “Tambayan ng Liwanag x Ben&Ben G??”

Brothers Paolo and Miguel shared photos from the construction site, saying that it will be a place where fans can “chill, hang out, have fun, and check out Ben&Ben merch.”

The two also revealed that "Liwanag House" will be the venue for events, seminars, and workshops spearheaded by the Puhon Foundation.

The Puhon Foundation is another initiative by Ben&Ben that they announced in May, in time for the band's sixth anniversary. According to them, the foundation "aims to support causes and advocacies that they believe in."

Fans couldn't help but feel excited about this update from the band, with the post already amassing over 300 comments as of this writing.

Ben&Ben aims to open "Liwanag House" by the end of the year in partnership with Robinsons Malls. It will be located at Robinsons Galleria, in front of Max's Restaurant.

Aside from keeping fans posted about the opening of "Liwanag House," the brothers also said they will be accepting volunteers for the Puhon Foundation soon.

Over the weekend, PETA announced that it will stage a "One More Chance" musical based on the classic film that starred John Lloyd Cruz and Bea Alonzo. It will feature the songs of Ben&Ben.
