Kylie Padilla turns son's doodle into a tattoo!

We love ourselves a nice backstory to an interesting-looking tattoo and Kylie Padilla just gave us one.

On Instagram Monday, the Kapuso actress shared how her son gave her a heart doodle on a day she was feeling low.

"So I turned it into a tattoo," Kylie wrote on a photo of her new ink.

She shared videos of herself getting inked by artist Patsung at Vinama Tattoo Studio.

According to Kylie, her son was "so happy when I showed him [my new tattoo."

"I was even happier knowing his art is on my skin," she added.

Kylie got done in the inner portion of her upper right arm, just above the bend.

She didn't say which of her two sons with ex-husband Aljur Abrenica gave her the doodle, if it was their six-year-old panganay Alas or their three-year-old Axl.

In any case that's a sweet looking tattoo with a sweeter sounding back story.

Here's hoping Kylie's new ink will cushion her from low days moving forward, and remind her of just how blessed she is.
