Drag Race PH Season 2 winner Captivating Katkat visits Mayor Joy Belmonte
Captivating Katkat, the winner of "Drag Race Philippines" Season 2, paid a courtesy call to Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte.
On Instagram, Monday, the drag queen shared a photo of her with the mayor she previously impersonated during the snatch game of the show.
The two of them held hands and were all smiles in the photo.
"Maraming salamat sa pag bisita sa aking opisina @mayorjoybelmonte. [A]nxiety!" Katkat wrote in the caption.
The drag queen previously said that her impersonation of Mayor Joy was done "on the spot" and she had never practiced for it before.
Captivating Katkat, 43, was hailed as the Philippines's second Drag Race Superstar after besting Arizona Brandy in the "lip sync for the crown."
She succeeds Precious Paula Nicole, the ultimate winner of Drag Race Philippines Season 1.
Bernie and M1ss Jade So joined Captivating Katkat and Arizona Brandy as the finalists of the second season.
