Pokwang shares video of daughter Malia making her own nilupak
Is it the food vlogger era of Pokwang’s daughter, Malia?
On Instagram, Pokwang shared a video of Malia in the kitchen, making her favorite nilupak.
“This one is my favorite, guys. So everyone, let’s make it together,” the little girl said in the video.
"Nilupak, guys! It’s nilupak,” Malia added, excitedly.
Nilupak is a Filipino delicacy made from boiled cassava mashed or pounded with other items, hence its name. Nilupak is Tagalog for pounded.
In the video, Malia is seen combining the ingredients together, including condensed milk, shredded coconut, and butter.
The proud mom is clearly amused. “Hahahaaha si @malia_tisayngmasa18 gumagawa ng nilupak! pak na pak!!!” Pokwang wrote in the caption.
In August, the mother-daughter duo dressed as mermaids as they bonded by the pool despite the cold weather.
Malia, 5, is the comedienne's daughter with ex-partner, Lee O'Brian.
They separated in 2021 and in June 2023, Pokwang filed a deportation case against Lee, saying, “Kailangan nating mabigyan ng leksyon ‘yung mga taong nang-aabuso sa batas natin, sa karapatan ng bawat babae, bawat nanay.”
