Derek Ramsay says Ellen Adarna is a 'born yogi':' She can put her feet behind her head'

Derek Ramsay said his wife Ellen Adarna is a yogi at birth.

In case you didn't know, yogi refers to yoga practitioners who are good with challenging poses.

In Vicki Belo's latest vlog, the hunk actor admitted he's the competitive one in terms of sports, but Ellen's  flexibility is unmatched.

"Ellen is a born yogi," he said. "She can put her feet behind her head [then crawl]."

Derek also recalled a time when Ellen scared him by walking backward while doing a backbend.

"I swear to God I had a heart attack like I'll punch her. She can do all those crazy things," he said.

In the same interview, Derek said he and Ellen are actively trying to conceive a child.

The couple has been sharing some extreme yoga poses together on social media, which some netizens try to copy sometimes.

In 2021, Derek and Ellen wowed the internet with a unique kissing position and a hot couple's yoga pose.

The couple tied the knot in November 2021 and celebrated their first anniversary as husband and wife by renewing their vows in Peru.
