Ned Armstrong finally reunites with Steve, Big Bert, Little Jon in 'Voltes V: Legacy'

Spoiler warning for those who have not yet watched the latest episode.

Ned Armstrong has reunited with Steve, Big Bert, and Little Jon on Wednesday's episode of "Voltes V: Legacy."

After the combined efforts of the Boazanian rebels and Camp Big Falcon defeated Emperor Zambojil's forces, the father and his three sons finally got to embrace each other again.

Ned left the Earth to return to Boazan when Steve, Big Bert, and Little Jon were still very young.

The three brothers have been looking for their father for a long time, as they had not received any news of him for many years.

They briefly met on Earth when Voltes V went to save the Boazanian rebel camp, but Ned was suddenly kidnapped by General Oslak and Baron Zander.

Prior to this, Big Bert also saw Ned for a short time while he was imprisoned on Earth.

After emotionally exchanging hugs, Ned told his sons how he was so proud of them and apologized for not being there when they needed him.

The joy of their reunion was dampened when Steve, Big Bert, and Little Jon informed Ned that his wife, Dr. Mary Ann Armstrong, died saving them from a beast fighter.

However, the boys took comfort in the fact that their mother's sacrifice allowed them to be together as a family again.

While Zambojil's forces have been defeated, the battle is not yet over. The emperor remains alive and Prince Zardoz will have one last stand against Voltes V.
