NewJeans, LE SSERAFIM and more to attend Asia Artist Awards in the Philippines

NewJeans, LE SSERAFIM, ZEROBASEONE, NMIXX, and Boy Next Door are just some of the artists confirmed to attend the 2023 Asia Artist Awards. The event is happening on December 14 at the Philippine Arena in Bulacan.

The news was reported by Korean news outlets and confirmed by PULP Live World Vice President and COO Happee Sy-Go on Twitter. In another tweet, she said that Filipino artists will be part of the event too.

“Definitely [meron] dapat [P-Pop] and other Filipino Artists.. we shall make our country proud and showcase our homegrown talents worldwide too,” Happee said.

The AAA is a distinguished South Korean award-giving institution, standing as a beacon of excellence in the Asian entertainment sphere. Since its start in 2016, it has consistently celebrated the best the region has to offer in terms of film, music, television, and digital content.

Some of the artists recognized by the AAA include BTS, EXO, aespa, and “Squid Game” actor Lee Jung Jae.

This year’s edition will be hosted by Kang Daniel, IVE's Jang Wonyoung, and ZEROBASEONE's Sung Hanbin.
