Michael V. to spoof 'Raining in Manila' by Lola Amour
Michael V. is set to drop his own unique version of Lola Amour’s “Raining in Manila.”
The actor and comedian teased the spoof through an Instagram poster of him wearing a rockstar’s clothing, along with the text, “The wait will soon be over.”
Bitoy’s version is titled “Waiting Here Sa Pila” by Lolo Kanor. It will air this Sunday on “Bubble Gang.”
Lola Amour saw the Instagram post and commented some laughing emojis.
The band released “Raining in Manila” in June and has since been a sensation. Even ENHYPEN can’t get enough of the track.
Lola Amour embarked on a tour named after their megahit and their first stop, of course, was in Manila.
More of Lola Amour’s hits include “Fallen,” “Pwede Ba,” and “Maybe Maybe.”
Meanwhile, Bitoy recently spoofed the OPM hit “Uhaw” by Dilaw, which served as a reminder for content creators. The King of Philippine Parody also gave the song “Gusto Ko Nang Bumitaw” a whole new meaning.
