Herlene Budol on her birthday: 'Ang sarap balik balikan ang buhay kung saan ka nagsimula'

Herlene Budol is turning another year older and on Instagram, the beauty queen and commedianne shared snaps from a campy shoot and looked back on her life.

Wearing a Leo Almodal gown in what looks like a humble looking laundry shack, Herlene said, "ang sarap balik balikan ang buhay kung saan ka nagsimula."

"I am beyond grateful for those people who help me to grow and to become who I am today," she added.

Herlene ended her short note with a thanksgiving prayer: "Thank you Lord it’s my birthday."

Herlene has certainly come a long way. From simply being a backup girl in Wowowin, with the moniker Hipon Girl, Herlene rose to become the first runner-up at Binibining Pilipinas in 2022 , winning seven special awards.

She was also crowned Miss Tourism Philippines 2023 at the Miss Grand Philippines beauty pageant.

Herlene is currently headlining the GMA drama " Magandang Dilag ."
