Zia Dantes named Most Outstanding Swimmer in recent competition
Zia Dantes has been named Most Outstanding Swimmer in her recent competition!
On Instagram, proud mom Marian Rivera shared Zia’s latest achievement.
“Speechless and proud of you, Zia!” the Kapuso Primetime Queen wrote.
“Being awarded the most outstanding swimmer at the Speedo Jumpstart Novice Swim Carnival is a testament to your hard work and dedication,” she continued.
“Watching you grow from the beginning till now fills Mama’s heart with pride. Keep giving your best, guided by the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ,” Marian said.
Fellow celebrities, including Chynna Ortaleza, Sherilyn Reyes-Tan, Joyce Pring, and Jackie Lou Blanco, took to the comment section to join the celebration.
“Congratulations!!! and sa'yo at kay Dong,” Jackie Lou wrote.
Before Zia’s competition, her dad, Dingdong Dantes, wrote a heartfelt letter for her.
“Please understand that regardless of the outcome, I am already incredibly proud of the dedication, passion, and enthusiasm you bring to this sport,” he said.
Just last month, Dingdong captured a priceless moment between Zia and Marian at another swim meet.
The Dantes family regularly spends time by the pool during long weekends and regular weekends alike.
In March, Zia also won a swimming medal.
Zia is not the only athletic one in the family. Her younger brother, Sixto, is also learning taekwondo. — VBL, GMA Integrated News
