Miley Cyrus drops teaser with lyrics from past songs
Is Miley Cyrus teasing new music?
The singer-songwriter and actress posted a cryptic video on Instagram, showing posters of Miley along a street and featured lyrics of her hit songs.
These include: “I hopped off the plane at LAX” from “Party in the USA,” “I can almost see it, that dream I’m dreaming” from “The Climb,” “I came in like a wrecking ball” from “Wrecking Ball,” and “I can buy myself flowers” from “Flowers.”
A new lyric was also shown, which reads “I say I used to be young.”
Miley wrote in her caption, “I know I used to be crazy. I know I used to be fun. You say I used to be wild. I say I used to be young.”
The video thumbnails on Miley’s YouTube channel were also changed with the text “Used to be Young” in all caps.
Miley released her latest album “Endless Summer Vacation” in March. It includes the empowering mega-hit “Flowers,” as well as the songs “River” and “Jaded.”
Another recent hit is “Midnight Sky” from her 2020 album “Plastic Hearts.”
