Gal Gadot to develop 'Wonder Woman 3' with James Gunn, Peter Safran
"Wonder Woman 3" is in the works at DC, Gal Gadot has confirmed.
According to a report on Comicbook, the actress is developing the film with new DC Studios chiefs James Gunn and Peter Safran.
"I love portraying Wonder Woman," Gadot said. "It's so close to and dear to my heart. From what I heard from James and from Peter is that we're gonna develop a 'Wonder Woman 3' together."
Gadot has been playing the superhero since "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" in 2016. She headlined "Wonder Woman" in 2017 and its 2020 sequel "Wonder Woman 1984" — both directed by Patty Jenkins, whose involvement in the third film has since been scrapped.
Gunn and Safran are building an all-new DC Universe.
The new era was kicked off by "Superman: Legacy," which premiered in July. —JCB, GMA Integrated News
