Neri Naig to release book called 'Wais na Misis' in October

Neri Naig-Miranda wears many hats: actress, businesswoman, wife, mother — but she is also a book author.

On Instagram, Neri announced that she's releasing a book titled “Wais na Misis (The Wise Homemaker).”

Published by Penguin Books Southeast Asia. The book is set for release in October. Pre-orders are now available via Fully Booked, where fans can receive benefits like a signed bookplate and a limited edition pouch.

Neri said she is excited about the book. which will contain important lessons she picked up in life.

“Sinigurado ko talaga na lahat ng natutunan ko sa buhay, lahat ng pagkakamali at lessons after nun, iniligay ko sa [book],” she said.

Neri added that she hopes readers will use the book as a guide on what they can do in similar situations.

“Tayong mga kababaihan dapat tulong tulong tayo para mas mapabuti ang mga buhay natin, hindi lamang bilang buhay misis kundi sa buhay buhay,” she added.

Neri graduated from the University of Baguio in 2022 and finished an online program at Harvard Business School in 2020. She is currently taking up her master's in business administration.

She has put up several businesses, including selling gourmet tuyo, putting up a Baguio rest house for rent, and a beauty salon, among many others.
