Rachelle Ann Go is Eliza in Philippine production of 'Hamilton'

Rachelle Ann Go is Eliza Schuyler-Hamilton in the Philippine production of “Hamilton.”
The Filipina theater star played the wife of the title character in the West End production at the Victoria Palace Theatre in London.
GMG Productions announced the cast of the rap musical’s international tour in an Instagram Reel. Aside from Rachelle, the cast includes Darnell Abraham as George Washington, Akina Edmonds as Angelica Schuyler, Elandrah Eramiha as Peggy Schuyler/Maria Reynolds, Jacob Guzman as John Laurens/Philip Hamilton, Brent Hill as King George, David Park as Marquis De Lafayette/Thomas Jefferson, Deaundre’ Woods as Aaron Burr, and Jason Arrow as Alexander Hamilton.
The award-winning musical is making its Asian premiere in the Philippines on September 17 at The Theater at Solaire. “Hamilton” extended its run to November 26 and released more tickets.
“Hamilton” tells the story of Alexander Hamilton, one of the founding fathers of what is now the United States of America. Lin-Manuel Miranda wrote the lyrics, music, and libretto of this hip-hop musical.
Aside from “Hamilton,” Rachelle is best known for her roles as Gigi in “Miss Saigon” and Fantine in “Les Miserables” in the West End.
Rachelle married Martin Spies in 2018. They welcomed their son Lukas in 2021 and daughter Sela last May.
