Matt Lozano has a funky electric guitar cover of 'Voltes V no Uta'
Matt Lozano is oozing with musical talent!
The Sparkle actor performed the "Voltes V: Legacy" ending song "Chichi wo Motomete," but did you know that he also has a cover of the opening song?
Matt, who plays Big Bert in the series, has a funky version of "Voltes V no Uta" on electric guitar. It's such a bop and you'll have it on loop for sure!
He posted it on his YouTube channel two years ago, but some fans rediscovered it recently after "Voltes V: Legacy" began playing the ending song with his vocals last week.
"Eto 'yung bias ko sa Voltes V... mas maangas sa lahat galing pa ng pag kanta ng ending OST! Normalize leading man for big guys," one fan commented.
"'Yung vibe eh parang nasa bar, tapos nagda-dance si Jamie at Mark. Tapos si Steve nasa bar counter, nakatingin lang at umiinom," said another.
In case you didn't know, Matt has always been a talented singer-songwriter. He won the Spogify singing competition in "Eat Bulaga" back in 2015.
He has released three singles so far: "Walang Pipigil," "Kwarto," and "Liham."
Matt has also been covering popular songs, showing his vocal range, guitar skills, and musicality.
Catch more of Matt in "Voltes V: Legacy," which airs weekdays on GMA Telebabad at 8 p.m. after "24 Oras." The series is also livestreamed on the GMA Network YouTube channel and GMANetwork.com/KapusoStream.
