'Dune: Part 2' takes Timothee Chalamet, Zendaya to war in official trailer

"Dune: Part 2" is promising to be intense.

Warner Bros. just released the official trailer for the much anticipated film, and it's full of action and fighting.

Timothee Chalamet, who plays Paul Atreides, could be seen marching towards a war with Zendaya, who plays his love interest Chami. The trailer shows them crossing blades with enemies, and reuniting with old friends.

"Dune: Part 2" is the sequel to the hit film "Dune," which was adapted from Frank Herbert’s legendary 1965 novel of the same name. It follows the Atreides family as they move to the desert planet Arrakis as its new rulers.

The film also stars Rebecca Ferguson, Josh Brolin, Austin Butler, Florence Pugh, Dave Bautista, Christopher Walken, Stephen McKinley Henderson, Léa Seydoux, with Stellan Skarsgård, with Charlotte Rampling, and Javier Bardem.

"Dune: Part 2" will arrive in Philippine theaters on November 1. —JCB, GMA Integrated News
