Taylor Swift's version of 'Back to December' featured in 'The Summer I Turned Pretty' trailer

We just got a sneak peek of “Back to December (Taylor’s Version)!”

The new version of Taylor Swift’s top hit was heard in the Season 2 trailer of the series “The Summer I Turned Pretty.” The trailer also featured Taylor’s song “august.”

On Twitter, the singer-songwriter shared the trailer and said, “Crying (Taylor’s Version).”

“Back to December” is part of the album “Speak Now.” The Taylor’s Version of the album drops on July 7, featuring new tracks with Hayley Williams of Paramore and Fall Out Boy.

Taylor has been re-recording her old albums amid a legal battle to gain ownership of her old songs. In 2021, she released the “Taylor’s Version” of the albums “Fearless” and “Red.”

Her most recent album “Midnights” came out in 2022. She is currently on the Eras Tour, which is headed to Japan and Singapore in 2024.
