Pauline Amelinckx has won a pre-pageant contest at Miss Supranational.
The Philippines’ bet was named the winner of Supra Chat. She was part of Group 10 and is advancing to the top 10 semi-final round of Supra Chat. Pauline bested beauty queens from Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Ukraine, United States, and Zimbabwe.
Following the announcement, Pauline said in the comments section that she is “incredibly grateful for this.”
She added, “Thank you to everyone who watched this episode and cast their vote[.]”
Supra Chat is an online challenge wherein the candidates introduce themselves and their interests and answer a set of questions. Voting was done through the pageant app.
Pauline was named Miss Supranational Philippines following the Miss Universe Philippines pageant in May. She represented her hometown of Bohol.
She is set to fly to Poland for the international pageant happening on July 14. At her send-off, she looked radiant in a yellow gown.
Pauline already competed in the headshot challenge for Miss Supranational. She also posted photos and a video of her rocking a black swimsuit, giving fans a glimpse of what they can expect from her at the pageant.
Pauline will compete for the second crown for the Philippines, after Mutya Datul in 2013.
