A new Princess Peach game is coming in 2024

Princess Peach is set to take the spotlight again — Nintendo has announced that the well-loved character is starring in her own game.

The game will arrive on the Nintendo Switch in 2024.

In the teaser, Princess Peach could be seen bouncing around on a stage, and whirling to magically change her costume.

Princess Peach is a character in Nintendo's Mario franchise. She is the ruler of the Mushroom Kingdom.

This is the first time since 2005's "Super Princess Peach," released on the DS, that she's taking on a starring role.
