Fernando Carrillo wants to create 'Filipino BTS'

"Rosalinda" star Fernando Carrillo said that he is looking to create the Filipino version of BTS.

On Thursday's episode of "Fast Talk with Boy Abunda," the 57-year-old Venezuelan actor talked about his trust in Filipino talent.

He said that his team will be searching for three women and three men, who will form a group similar to the Mexican pop group RBD.

In a report by pep.ph, Fernando said that they will be holding a reality show.

Further details on the search are yet to be announced, but Fernando said that the auditions will begin next week.

"I really believe that... there's so much talent in the Philippines," he said.

Fernando is best known for his role as Thalia's leading man in the hit Mexicanovela "Rosalinda."
