'Squid Game' star Wi Ha Jun tells Pinoy fans after fan meet: 'Thank you from the bottom of my heart'


It looks like “Squid Game” star Wi Ha Jun had the best time meeting his Filipino fans!

The actor had a fan meet over the weekend at the New Frontier Theater in Cubao, Quezon City. Titled “Gameplay with Wi Ha Jun,” the event is organized by Bench, for which Ha Jun is a global ambassador.

On Instagram, Ha Jun shared some photos from the event. He was dressed in an orange graphic shirt, blue jeans, and white sneakers. He wore a big smile all throughout.

“Thank you from the bottom of my heart and I love you my Fans in the Philippines,” he said in his caption. He added, “mahal kita[.]”

Based on photos posted by Bench, the actor was also able to share the stage with his fans. Ha Jun gave out posters, cooked for the fans, and even played games with them.

Ha Jun played Hwang Jun Ho in “Squid Game,” a police officer who disguises himself to sneak into the game to find his missing brother.

Aside from the top Netflix series, Ha Jun is also best known for being in the series “18 Again.”
