Miguel Tanfelix shows off cable wakeboarding skills
Miguel Tanfelix is truly a man of many talents!
On Instagram, Sunday, the "Voltes V: Legacy" star shared several videos of him cable wakeboarding at the Decawake Clark Cable Park in Pampanga.
Cable wakeboarding is a sport where instead of getting towed by a boat, the rider is being pulled across the water by an overhead cable system.
"A bit rusty but I'm happy to be back," Miguel wrote in the caption.
In his first try, the Sparkle star almost lost his balance but he managed to stay upright on the board. In the next two attempts, he had a smoother run and even hit a kicker.
Miguel wore a red helmet, red lifejacket, and red shoes, just like his "Voltes V: Legacy" character Steve Armstrong.
Of course, "Voltes V" director Mark Reyes noticed it right away.
"Looking good in Red Lt. Commander," he commented.
Aside from cable wakeboarding, Miguel is also into motorcycling due to his role as Steve.
Steve is the leader of the Voltes V squad. He is the pilot of the Volt Crewzer, which becomes the head of the Voltes V robot.
"Voltes V: Legacy" airs weekends on GMA Telebabad after "24 Oras" at 8 p.m. It is also livestreamed on YouTube and GMANetwork.com/KapusoStream.
