Marina Summers, Eva Le Queen bag recognitions at WOWIE Awards 2023 in LA

From the Philippines to Los Angeles, our very own local drag queens are making waves internationally!
In the recently concluded RuPaul's DragCon in LA, "Drag Race Philippines" Season 1 queens took home awards in different categories.
Marina Summers bagged the Wowlebrity On The Rise Award and received her can trophy right after her dance performance of Beyonce's "Love on Top."
"I just won the [WOWIEs] right after my [seven-minute] performance[!]" Marina wrote.
"[Girl], I was crawling back for my award! We did it!" she added.

Meanwhile, Eva Le Queen reigned victorious in the Best Beauty Guru category.

Precious Paula Nicole was previously announced as one of the winners of the Breakout Star category, along with nine other winners from several Drag Race franchises, including Admira Thunderpussy, Danny Beard, Drag Couenne, Giselle Lullaby, LA Diamond, Matt Rogers, Paloma, Spankie Jackzon, and Stephanie Hsu.
