New 'Transformers: Rise of the Beasts' trailer takes us on a '90s adventure with the Autobots and Maximals

"Transformers: Rise of the Beasts" just released a new trailer, and we're getting a better idea of the big bad we're facing.

The two-minute reel shows the Autobots and the Maximals joining forces in the existing battle for Earth.

They're up against the Unicron, who "eats planets," and so is "way bigger than a planet."

Set in 1994, the film stars Anthony Ramos as Noah Diaz and Dominique Fishback as Elena Wallace, who find themselves in the middle of the conflict.

"Transformers: Rise of the Beasts" is the seventh Transformers installment following "Bumblebee" in 2018.

It will premiere in Philippine theaters on June 7. —JCB, GMA Integrated News
