On her birthday, Ellen Adarna tries the canyon swing with husband Derek Ramsay
Veering away from the usual dinner dates, Ellen Adarna chased an adrenaline high to celebrate her birthday instead!
On Sunday, the celebrity shared a brief footage of herself and husband Derek Ramsay trying out a canyon swing in Queenstown, New Zealand.
In the video, Ellen looked terrified before letting go of the hook while Derek held her tightly.
In the second slide of the post, the camera caught the married couple’s reaction to the full swing.
“Birthday activity and date,” she wrote in the caption.
According to Everything Queenstown, a canyon swing is "like a bungy jump" except you don't bounce back up upon reaching the bottom of the jump.
"You swing continuously in a big arc, meaning you maintain a lot more speed than a bungy. After you stop swinging you are then hoisted back up to the top in an upright position," it said.
The Adarna-Ramsay family is currently in New Zealand for a vacation.
Previously, Ellen shared a video of Elias playing jealous when Derek tried to snatch a kiss from his mother.
Ellen and Derek tied the knot in November 2021. Elias is Ellen’s son to a former boyfriend, John Lloyd Cruz.
