'Spy x Family' Season 2 to air in October, film to premiere in December

"Spy x Family" just announced that its second season will air in October!

The hit anime series revealed the release date on its official Twitter account on Thursday.

A visual for its upcoming film, "Spy x Family - Code: White," was also released. The film will hit the theaters in Japan on December 22.

The poster showed all four of the Forger family members—Loid, Yor, Anya, and Bond—and snowy mountains overlooking a cityscape.

Based on manga of the same name by Tatsuya Endo, "Spy x Family" follows a spy codenamed Twilight, who assumes the identity of Loid Forger and forms a fake family for a mission.

What he does not know, however, is that his family members also hide their own secrets: Yor is an assassin codenamed Thorn Princess, Anya is a telepath, and Bond the dog can see glimpses of the future.

The first season of the anime is currently streaming on Netflix.
