BLACKPINK announces supporting acts for BST Hyde Park show
BLACKPINK is set to play at BST Hyde Park on July 2 with a headlining set, and they tapped some talented artists to join them.
The K-pop group announced on Twitter that the supporting artists part of their lineup include singer-songwriter Sabrina Carpenter, South Korean rock band The Rose, and English singers Caity Baser, and Mae Stephens, “plus many more to be announced.”
The show will be BLACKPINK’s UK festival debut. They were announced as headliners last October.
One of the top concert series in the world, British Summer Time Hyde Park is held over two to three weekends and features top musicians. This year’s edition will run from June 24 to July 7.
Previously announced headliners include P!nk, Guns N’ Roses, Take That, Bruce Springsteen, and Billy Joel.
BLACKPINK is headed to the Philippine Arena for a two-night concert on March 25 and 26.
