Carol Banawa sings like a perfect Disney princess in this 'Part of Your World' cover
Carol Banawa's still got it!
The former Filipina singer dropped a cover of "Part of Your World" from "The Little Mermaid" and sounded like the perfect Disney Princess.
According to Carol's post on Instagram, the video is a duet challenge from professional acapella group Voctave.
"One of my greatest dreams is to be the voice of a @disney character," Carol wrote in the caption. "Well, I am now 42 years old, a military wife, an OR nurse, and a mother of three, and I still haven't achieved that dream just yet."
"Thank you @voctave for doing this clip and allowing me to be Ariel even for just a few minutes," she added.
Carol has one of the dreamiest voices in the Philippine music industry. Among her popular songs include "Bakit Di Totohanin," "Iingatan Ka," and "Tanging Yaman."
Now based in the United States, she finished her nursing degree in 2020 and served a frontliner nurse amid the during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Carol gave birth to her third child in 2021.
