Bella Poarch wins first award for music at the Kids' Choice Awards
Bella Poarch won her first award for music at the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards.
The Filipino internet star was named Favorite Social Music Star. She was nominated alongside Dixie D’Amelio, JoJo Siwa, Oliver Tree, Stephen Sanchez, and That Girl Lay Lay.
On Instagram, Bella posted photos and videos from the event and got sentimental in her caption, once again touching on her past.
“Growing up in the Philippines, I never really had a family. But after being able to grow with all of you these past years..and with all this love..makes me really feel like I finally found what I’ve always been looking for,” she said.
“This [one’s] for all of you guys, my real family[.] Thank you for giving me my first award for music,” she added.
Bella rose to fame for her TikTok videos. She released her debut song “Build a Bitch” in 2021.
She released the EP “Dolls” in 2022. In the song, “Living Hell,” Bella opened up on her difficult childhood.
