Jennylyn Mercado returns to vlogging after 8 long months, gives tour of container-inspired house
After eight long months, Jennylyn Mercado and husband Dennis Trillo are back to vlogging.
On Jennylyn's YouTube account, the couple made their return with a new "After All" video, this time giving fans a tour of their mountain hideaway.
"Kung mapapansin niyo, gawa siya sa container," Jennylyn pointed out, saying they thought using containers would be easier than building a structure. "Ilalagay na lang siya," she said.
But Dennis said, "Mas mahirap pala kasi kailangan i-transport siya sa malayong lugar."
The main house is made up of three containers with 40-ft. high ceiling on the ground floor and two containers with 40-ft. high ceiling on the second floor.
"Compact lang, cute lang," said Jennylyn.
They also showed their bedroom, which has a fridge and a reading nook with a rocking chair. Afterward, they gave a peek into their kids' bedrooms.
Their hideaway also has a guest house, staff house, and a green house, which was made by Dennis' dad.
According to them, since there isn't much to do in the mountains, they also have a 3-in-1 games table that converts from a billiards table to a tennis table to an air hockey table.
Dennis and Jennylyn flew back to the Philippines in mid-February after reuniting in Las Vegas in the USA earlier that month. — LA, GMA Integrated News
